Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final, and we do not accept exchanges or returns. We do not offer a refund or return on ‘change of mind’ purchases either, or because you are allergic to an ingredient or don’t like the smell of the product. We have a full ingredient and scent description for all our products. Please read these carefully and choose your items accordingly. Buying our ‘sample bundle’ or tea light size sample candles is a safe way to try different scents before committing to a full-size product.
If there is an issue with your order (broken items, wrong order received), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the broken or damaged products. Options will then be advised.
Please do not use or dispose of the products damaged, as we will need photographs and also may need the damaged items returned to us. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise we are unable to assist after this. Items sent back without contacting us first, will not be refunded or returned. Any items that are to be returned will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are issued on the cost of the product only and not any postage costs incurred. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the goods were paid.
In the event you opted for ‘authority to leave’ we will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders.
