Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lights and Bubbles. We offer flat rate standard shipping of $14.95 Australia wide.
All orders over $150 receive free shipping.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has shipped you will receive a message with your tracking number. Packages of more than 5 kg ship separately.
We ship Australia wide. Due to cost and substantial delays in shipping to the rest of the world, we do not ship internationally.
Curb side pickup / in person pickup are not available.
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. As a small business, this allows the time to customise your order, carefully package and send them out with the care and attention we like to put into everything we do. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you and keep you updated with the status of your order. Once package has left our workshop, we are no longer responsible for the package and cannot control the speed that it gets to you.
We ship orders using repurposed or biodegradable packaging materials. This means that instead of disposing plastic packaging (bubble wrap, air cushioning, etc.) we receive in supply shipments, we reuse them when shipping our products to you. Any packaging materials that we purchase are plastic-free and biodegradable (cornstarch packaging peanuts, cardboard boxes, etc.).
Please note that many of our products are sensitive to high temperatures which packages can be subject to during shipment and transit. Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner, especially during hot Australian Summer. It is your responsibility to ensure the address provided is accurate. We do not accept liability for loss or damage arising due to incorrect address provided. Any items in the order affected from being left unattended will not be replaced or refunded.
